The Amiga brand of personal computers belongs to C=USA.  All business use would need to be approved by them.

The Amiga brand is still owned by Amiga Inc.
C=USA licenses the brand for use on computers.
As tee shirts are not computers, it seems unlikely that C=USA's permission would be required.
I'd also be willing to bet that a lot of Amiga related merchandise is not properly licensed.

I like this one: http://www.amiganews.de/forum/thread.php?id=33445&BoardID=5

or those http://126947.spreadshirt.de/p2

and more merchandise http://www.apc-tcp.de/shop/shop-unten-merch.php

Nice! Since tee shirts pre-date C=USA, I kind of figured they'd be available.

Gary Peake of Amiga Inc. was very active in stopping people from selling Amiga branded stuff.  He had loads of case badges, T-shirts and other stuff pulled from eBay back in the early 2000's.  I don't suppose they care any more, though.

I imagine Bill's a little dispirited these days. Is it really worth chasing after a few hundred items?
