He has been always been a bit slow in doing stuff
eg placed order on 4/10/2010, item was finally posted 17/11/2011.
To get an RGB adaptor replaced, emailed 19/4/2011, got a reply 7/5/2011, still waiting on the replacement, some 4 months later, last email 23/8/2011 saying "I will get a replacement".
Just have to be patient with the guy....though I am up for sainthood ;-)
