I have a Voodoo5 on my A400/060, and there's some speed diffrence when I tested both Voodoo3 and Voodoo5 with Quake2/68k.
I think it's the amount of memory on Voodoo which makes the diffrence.
On demo1 I got 7.4 FPS on V5 and 6.2 on V3. If I have understood correctly, FPS value after demo is the average FPS?
