Having real good luck with mSATA and M.2 drives on the PC side, and they are nice and small enough to fit inside a Miggy.  Curious what kind of speeds you'd get out of an IDE adapter, though.

Built a new gaming PC about a month ago with dual M.2 Corsair 500 GB SSD drives over PCIe adaptors (Asus Hyper M.2 X4) and am getting a solid gig read speeds over a RAID 0 setup.  These things really haul ass, lol.

I've got an SSD in my XBox 360, and boy oh boy, it's the best thing I've even done for that old rustbucket.  Makes a world of difference.
