The original Commodore, by far. They had it all and dropped the ball horrendously. I'd like to say Commodore could have pulled off an Apple like reinvention of themselves if they had done it at the right time, but there was such a string of serious mistakes they made I'm not sure if it is not just wishful thinking, heh.
Everyone since has just been milking a dead cow at the expense of our childhood computing memories, which is not fun to watch, but it is a fairly straightforward and expected process. Vulture mentality, still a bit of meat around the carcass.
