I received an email indicating that my unit was allocated on 11/7/16 but was on vacation at the time. I emailed Kipper as instructed on 11/14 with my address, etc. but never heard back. I've sent a few emails since then checking on things but have never received a response.
Not sure if I did not respond soon enough and now I'm lost in the shuffle or what. I also read that he had hand surgery so not sure if that's why I haven't received a response.
