Anyhow, what I am doing is Taking Screen shots of models from Jedi Outcast inside Windows.
Why don't you do the resizing in Windows as well? Personally I use IrfanView which is a small and fast image viewer that can also be used for manipulating images in various ways. It also includes the Lanczos filter for resizing.
