Turbo Express all the way for me. Being able to play the TurboGrafx-16 hucards on a portable with backlight and color was pretty damn impressive for the time. The tv tuner was pretty cool, too. Plus hucards were awesome for portability. Being a huge Turbografx/PC-Engine fan, I wish NEC still made game consoles/handhelds.
