This is lame. I could see getting a bounty started for a developer but anything less than a developer is a waste. Artists are a dime a dozen, programming talent is rare, especially programming talent who would even bother messing around with this stuff.

OK, so find us a coder with a proven track record who wants to come back but can't afford it, and then start a bounty for it.

No reason there can't be more than one bounty.
