I posted a news item recently about my progress with the AmigaOS 4 drivers for the Catweasel MkIV (
http://www.retroreview.com/iang/Catweasel/), but thought some of you may not notice my latest update.
Yesterday, with WHDLoad, I managed to install Ork (a JST disk format- completely non-standard) and today I installed Shadow of the Beast 2, both off my original Amiga disks! I put instructions on my progress page.
Best thing is that coupled with RunInUAE, you can now install a game exactly as on a classic Amiga, and run it straight from the Workbench!
Quite chuffed with this.
Just thought people may be interested. As far as I know this makes the AmigaOS 4 machines the only platform apart from a real classic Amiga that can install and run copy-protected Amiga games directly from the OS.
