Yes, the Oktagon does take ZIPs, the same type as the A2386 bridgeboard, so I think the same type as the A3000.
Only thing is the Oktagon is a Zorro-II card, so if you're using anything faster than a 14MHz 68000 or so, you're slowing your machine down...
