You may need to
Mount SYS:Storage/Dosdrivers/RAD
to access it, or else double-click on the RAD icon in Sys:Storage/DOSDrivers.
You may not need to - to find out, just Execute Command and type
"RAD:"
(without the quotes). If it says "Please mount volume RAD in any drive" then you need to mount it as above.

Of course, if you don't have a full Workbench install you may not have it!
