Ok, I'll try and help you.
1. Rip out every Zorro-card you have, does it boot? If not, try with other cpu-card(or if you have a cpu mounted on motherboard)
2. If it does, put back the Buddha. Does it boot? If not, try another Zorro-slot until it works, if it's still not working take it out and do the next step.
3. Install graphiccard(or better, a scandoubler just to see if the computer works). Does it boot?
4. If nothing works, go to another Amiga and try there.
If P96 doesn't "see" your card then it's probably not there, if you see any cards in the earlystartup then it should be in WB too.
Hope it helps a bit. :-)
EDIT: Did you use the 2.5" slot on the Buddha with your harddisk? If so then maybe it fried your Buddha, the 2.5" slot can't give too much power so it's better to use an adapter and connect it to the 3.5" slot.
The monitorsettings you can wipe a way and make new ones.
