NTL 600k £25, no major problems apart from the stb freezing now and again (press OK, LEFT, TV on the front of the box to reset it) they have restricted newsgroups (heavy duty warez groups are missing but a few decent ones for films/software still exist and more or less contain everything you need).
I recommend NTL for broadband (not their wanky phone service).
