Sorry for my lack of technical knowledge, but can´t you just plug a Zorro card like Xsurf into the side of the A500 (without external casing of course) and use the clockport on that card  :-?

So why waiting for a special clockport adapter for the A500/2000 if you can just plug an existing Zorro2 Xsurf(2) with an on board clockport that can allow you to use a USB card ??? Okay, it does leave the question open about where to put the usb connector because there is no external case ... but the same problem occurs when you put the clockport adapter inside the A500/A2000 ...
