You mean perhaps a module like this ???



It´s a working square shaped dmodule on a working MK2 060 board that runs at 64 Mhz and can be found for just 5 Euro at THIS Ebay auction. I know what I´m talking about, also have got one of his modules in my A3640 board that runs at 32 Mhz (64 Mhz crystal) ...

Samanosuke : like PaSha claims, no modifications needed and indeed you can have trouble with scsi. I had my Blizzard PPC 240/060+scsi overclocked to 270 Mhz + 60 Mhz and not 66 Mhz because then the scsi crashed. The seller with the 64 Mhz crystals seems to have 25 left  :-D
