68060 speedup patches + more

I just had this issue as well with a Blizzard 1260/66Mhz. Was dissapointed in the speed.  I then did the following from my research:

-Latest libs!  (040_060Libs.lha)
-BlizKick
-FBlit
-FText
-BlazeWCP
-CopyMem060
-UtilPatch060
-CyberPatcher

and it has made a big difference!  52 mips on SysInfo.

BlizKick had the biggest impact (mapping KS to Fast RAM), some of the other patches do help a bit too.  FBlit and FText do help, without them I was only getting 51 mips.  (I know not the best way to test, but it is noticeable)

BlazeWCP only helps in some games, like ScummVM.  Cyberpatcher helped in apps that use a FPU.  (like Mand2000) without it the program would crawl.
