No an accelerator for the A500 makes it faster for real work and not for most games. Some games will benefit but I would not get one for just that. But most games will NOT work with a CPU card! Also a CPU card will be very expensive for the A500, like $75 to $200 depending on what kind and if it has RAM, SCSI, etc. I recommend a A500 with KS 1.3, 1MB RAM and a external Floppy drive.
