Do not waste your time buying and installing a new 060 unless the original one will not run stable at 66MHz. But also make sure you use good RAM, 60ns type too. Most 060's run at 66 but all will run a 60MHz, with a simple Oscillator change.

I had the opportunity to swap out a 68060 @ 50 for one at 60 to be able to run it at 66Mhz. But it still does not run 100% stable. On hot summer days it locks up machine. Could just be a ventilation thing though.
