Ok, *sigh*, the "Workbench 3.0 program" is the Operating System. Like Windows 95, 2000. Sounds like someone got a little carried away with customizing it. This version is a little outdated and limited in what you can do. You can upgrade to the latest, AmigaOS 3.9, It is a major upgrade but nothing like Win XP. You can also install Linux if you like.
