The GVPSCSI file is for WB1.3 or controllers that do not have a ROM, do should not have to use it, you should have it already in ROM? Do a "version gvpscsi.device" in a shell and see if you get a reply.
EDIT - you should not need any files, just use the HDToolBox to read the gvpscsi.device.
