Yes you can have up to 128MB RAM, 4 X 32MB SIMMs.  You can mix and match.

I have one, they are nice.  I have 272MB Fast RAM in my 4000. (128MB on 4060, 128MB on 3128 and 16MB on MB)

You are going to crap if you find out how much I paid for mine!  I got mine on eBay about 2 years ago for a Buy-It Now of $25. :)
