If you are using a monitor with the Amiga 23pin connector, you
should have no problem installing WB3.1 using the native
screenmodes connected to the 4000.  Installing the picassoIV
card doesn't disable the native screenmodes.  If it is a VGA
monitor, then it should already have the proper connector for
the picassoIV plug.  You can get an adapter cable to
connect a 23pin Amiga Monitor to the SVGA connector in the
picassoIV if needed.  BTW, I believe the video slot is the
very bottom slot (which passes the native modes to the PIV).
