The L3 component is missing.

I can fix that if you still have the part. It would just cost return shipping is all. If you lost the part I can still fix it, I just need to find the value of it is all. Still free + return shipping.

All fixed! I had to use a slightly larger replacement part since its all I had, but it is just fine and works. I also put a new gold pin riser on for you. Some of your pins were bent and I was afraid they would snap off.

Excuse my ignorance....., aren't L# components usually RF inductors ?

Yes, its used to keep the siginal clean from interference.
