I'd love to see a nice clean way to install it on a real amiga. Amikit real is nice, but something like BetterWB way of installing would be so great.

I think I will try again and see if I can get it working on my Mac. Here we go!

Sadly it still hates my Mac Pro. If anyone has a clue what cause this please tell!

dumb questions.. do you have 10.8 and have you installed xQuartz?

10.12 and yup installed the xQuartz version listed in the docs. Nothing else crashes on my Mac like this. I've even tried to run another app through Whine and it works. Its WinUAE crashing it seems. I cant even run that if I try to install it separately from this.

Use the mac fs-uae version?

I wish AmiKit would use it. I can install the older version into it and it works quite well this way. I am not sure why the choice to use Wine was made other than ease or portability during the creation of the packages.
