At minimum that SMD ceramic cap needs to be replaced. I hate these Apollo cards. Every one I have seen and upgraded is a mess. They all ahve crazy fixes like that all over them.
Busy is an understatement too, but if you are okay with a longer than usually wait time for my work your welcome to send it. I wouldnt charge much for that sort of work. I should have a working 1200 here soon to do some testing as well.
