If you are using it to install Workbench you will want to create several partitions. I dont remember if the A2000 blizzard is wide SCSI, but if it is you will need to select the bliz scsi.device and be sure wide is checked in HD Tool Box. Once it shows up Create a 3.9GB partition and a few other larger ones however you feel they should be. If it were me I would just split it into a few equal ones and name them for what I plan to put on them. Apps, Utilities or simply Work1, Work2...
Click save when done and reboot. You should see it as a non formatted drive once WB come back up, format them and your good to go.
