Well I have messed with my A3000 so much last year its no longer as stable as I would like to have it. I want to format the boot drive (SCSI 500MB) and put 3.9 back on again. The problem is this; I havent done it in so long I cant remember where all my reg keys are to back them all up. I could also use some advice on how to get a better CDFS then ASIM working. I use a IDE 32X CD-ROM on the Catweasel IDE port as well as a 60GB drive. Below is the way I did it in the past.
format DH0:
Install WB 3.1 from floppy to the internal SCSI boot drive
install the Catweasel/Buddah drivers for my IDE drives
Install AsimCDFS (last version released) so I can read the 3.9 CD.
Install 3.9 from CD and put back all the stuff like MUI and MMU package. and then all the Mediator apps and drivers.
Like I said I could use advice on how to get the 3.9 CDFS to work with my IDE drive and not use ASIM since its so dated now.
