We would be glad to help you. When/where did you buy Aladdin4D? It should have came with an install CD. If it did not please send your registration number to the following link so we can get you an install CD.

Understood, the shipping department should have sent you a Aladdin 4D CD-ROM with the package. Sounds like this did not happen. Please send a request with your address for the CD via the link below and shipping will get a CD out to you for free.
