So...... does like anyone have any screen shots of this in action? I'd like to see it, is all.
There is not much to see, that's the point. If anyone does a fresh install of 3.1, there is a great deal of it that has to be modernized and tweaked by the user to make it usable. Datatypes are the most obvious example, but there is a whole lot more. You also won't be seeing long filenames on your CDroms with a fresh 3.1 install, at least not without some well researched tweaking. BetterWB does all of this for the user in a very thorough and benchmarking way. If Commodore hadn't gone belly up (and if they had had any management vision left), the improvements and bug-fixes in BWB are what should have been included in OS 3.2 (and 3.3 and 3.4).

The 3rd step in a clean install can then be to add an individual's choice of eye candy, WB hacks (don't have to), Apps, etc. The value of these is in the eye of the beholder, anyway.
