I'm further behind the times.  I want my cell phone to only be a telephone, especially when issued to employees by their employer.  PDA = Public Data Assistant

The Palm models of choice for me are the ones just before they came out with WIFI (T, T2, Zire72, etc).  These are Private Data Assistants.

I'll say it again.  Palm may be more like an Amiga (in some ways) than any other platform.

The older Palms (that use RS-232, haven't configured USB,yet) sync with and become an extension of Amiga when used with Spitfire (Palm sync software).

Those with SD card slots can be backed to the card (with RFbackup) without need for ever syncing to a computer.  With the space left over you can store a huge library of e-books, or all your favorite Mp3s.  All this before Kendall, iPod, iPad, iOverCharge.

The older Palms are cool!
