I bought my first Amiga 500 in 1988 after passing a store front with a 500 and an XT both running Battle Chess in demo mode. I was hooked imediately and have been every since.
My other interests are amateur astronomy, sailing, and antique technology. I have rescued treadle sewing machines, tube-type radios, Hp calculators and computers, a magic lantern, Betamaxes, hand powered tools, and many Amigas. The wife and kids are kind about this stuff. We all understand that some it now needs a new home. Grin.
