I think some of the GameStop stores still carry several models of the Sega game pad. Other game trading store may carry them as well. As for compatibility, only the B button works as Fire, usually without rapid fire. There is a modififcation, like listed above, where pins 5 & 7 are swapped in the controller and a 470 ohm resistor is added between 5 & 7. This enables all of the functions. Then you have to find games that utilize all buttons, like ADoom. This modification is in fact from the ADOOM.README file, which is available on Aminet. Check it out!
