(Personally I don't really care what a motherboard smells, feels or tastes like. I'm happy with a seeing a specs list, the price tag and maybe a picture or two.
Oh yeah, knowing who designs and makes stuff I buy can be interesting too *nudge nudge hey Eyetech nudge nudge*)
