I'm not sure I've heard if the boards will be delivered with an AMR-card. Anyone?
As for the CPU requirements, as long as there actually is dedicated modem circuitry on the mobo I don't think the AMR will have any impact on CPU usage. AFAIK, an AMR-card only contains the modem CODEC (different CODECs for different countries - easier to switch AMR-cards instead of onboard modem circuitry/chipsets) and telephone/audio jacks. Corrections are welcome and expected.
