It's not just Apple, BTW. Nobody will get that licence, even in the unlikely event that someone would try (which has actually happened).

Just let it rest. Apple is dumping the PowerPC chips next year anyway.
And I still think separately sold AmigaOS copies for PPC Macs would STILL be a gazillion times better option for AmigaOS, Hyperion, AInc and us users than the "AmigaOnes". At least as a stop gap measure to actually SELL SOMETHING to fund the x86_64 port.
