Hi
I read this produt from April edition of a local Apple user magazine.
Artica Semi had announced their new dual PowerPC SOC.
However:
1. This company mention Apple, Macintosh etc.
Do they have permission from Apple Inc?
Do they steal the design from Apple Inc?
At the moment it seems like it's not much more than
a suggestion to Apple.
3. If this SOC real, will the product contains various bugs?
Huh? I'm sure nobody is
planning to include bugs in anything. Or were you wondering if bugs are a prerequisite for something to qualify as an "AmigaOne"?

Is it possible to use this product on future AmigaOne or Pegasos?
If the product at some time would become something more than a feature list on a website, then yes, it seems like it is indeed meant to be a system controller / northbridge for PPC systems.
If Eyetech, who owns the "AmigaOne" trademark, would decide to resell such hardware using that label, then yes, that hardware would be an "AmigaOne". If Genesi would make hardware with this chip and market it as a "Pegasos", then yes, you've got a Pegasos with this chip.
Odd questions.
4. Is this just an April fools joke?
Your post or the SoC?

The website and that diagram has been around since before April.
