ETA on recieving a kipper2k board from him?

I paid for a kipper2k board with 8mb ram and was supposed to get it shipped out on Dec 23rd.  Havent received it, haven't had a reply to any of my emails either.  Is this normal to not get replies from a seller when they say they'll ship on a specific date?

Today they said about 2 weeks. he is working hard on them but can hardly keep up with the emails. its normal not to get a reply for a while, he told me if you emailed him, consider yourself on the list.

ok.  Well mine was supposedly ready to ship.  But ok...sounds good.

 i have your order on the list, i have been swamped, i havent forgot you, xmas  has been busy and i am playing catchup. this is a part time thing and i am trying to keep up
