So anything that can emulate an Amiga now in theory is actually an Amiga?
If you go by that rule then an Amiga is
An Atari ST
A C64
A Sinclair Spectrum
A classic Gameboy
An Atari 400/800/XL/XE
An Atari VCS 2600
A Sega Master System
Since when can any of those emulate a full Amiga?
