Eyetech has rejigged its website and forcing protential buyers of A1 systems through their Dealer Network.
http://www.amiga-centre.co.uk is the only official UK dealer but I was more shocked at their prices.
With a Dollars to Pounds pricing a basic system costs nearly £1500 pounds or 2800 Dollars or 2200 Euros and there's not even a monitor included.
What a Rip Off !
I written to Eyetech to complain and I ask all UK members to email and complain aswell.
If the A1 is to succeed in the UK we cannot be priced out of the market by ebay thinking sellers who absolutely no respect for the intelligence of customer in this albeit limited market. If the A1 is ever to be a success it be priced fairly and sensibly.
