That Samsung specs seem to be 56 - 75 Hz; can't say what it does with a PAL
feed into the inputs: "RGB Analog, Separate H / V sync, Composite ,
0.7Vp-p Positive at 75 ohm, TTL level positive or negative". But as it supports PAL,Secam and NTSC it should work.

Most BenQs start from 24 kHz like mine - it supports even 44 Hz and upto 75 Hz in 3 steps.
