Have you uncommented the line in Nsd patch config (or whatever it was called) for your cyberscsi.device?

Ok, the right typo is NSDPatch.cfg
And I wouldn't touch SCSI with different tools - for instance P5 tool does some of its own tricks that may cause problems when another tool is used. (think JDow wrote that).

Must confess I don't remember what the defaul setting was; in every case I've uncommented the patch for my bliz 2060 and CSPPC - after I got >4GB disks (and commented devices that I don't have).
