That's what counts, reading the instructions might help...
Without 060 s/w installed before the accelerator is plugged you can expect weird things to happen. And that software is best to be latest version.

Not strange - just look how much active terminators cost and the size and crowding of CSPPC board - no room and it did cost enough in that form already...
(I paid perhaps 1200 € with memory and cabling over 10 years ago)

I have a 486 fan on it. Try to google 40x40 mm fan, might be for VGA also.
