Without 060 s/w installed before the accelerator is plugged you can expect weird things to happen. And that software is best to be latest version.

Some succes at last!!
I. The CSPPC does not have any termination itself (duh!) and required two (!!) active terminators with itself being somewhere on the SCSI bus. Strange, even the A2091 does a better job than that...

Not strange - just look how much active terminators cost and the size and crowding of CSPPC board - no room and it did cost enough in that form already...
(I paid perhaps 1200 € with memory and cabling over 10 years ago)

I have a 486 fan on it. Try to google 40x40 mm fan, might be for VGA also.
