Perhaps. I've never needed a boot floppy as I have 3 HDs, and at least 5 bootable partitions on them. Now I had to ditch one Work backup partition to install 4.0 on it. So now I have clean 3.1, clean 3.9, 2x tweaked 3.9 either CGX or P96, 4.0 and then MAC 7.6.1, 9.1 and even partition for PC-Task (win95...well...).
