No, you can freely edit them upto about 160 Hz. And exact 100/120 Hz is about impossible.

No, you just can reset to default/use your preconfigured.
You need Picasso96ModeTNG to tweak the FliFi cfg.

I have PAL ca. @100Hz and NTSC ca. @120Hz. Steady at least.
