I always get a message "base stylesheet failed to load" in thw bottom line of the window after loading some kilobytes. Any idea whats wrong here or how to find the problem? I am using WinUAE with bsdsocket-emulation and 32 Bit screen. The problem seem to occure on any website I try to load.
I still have an older version of Arturs Netsurf here (3.7.2009 svn), that works fine.

Just tested it again: The old version loads always the FIRST website correctly (tried many different pages), all following pages show the same error message (base stylesheet failed to load"

Could you add a version information into netsurf? Just that we know what version/release we are talking about.
