heh, That'll teach ya to read articles a bit more closely before you post them here.  ;-)

But yeah, it doesn't surprise me that Iceland is top of that list, they have tons of cheap electricity thanks to their geothermic power plants. Canada also has cheap electricity thanks to it's hydro electric power plants.

As for the low US ranking, I think I know why: Massive Blackout Cripples Northern U.S.  ;-)
