So I decided to re-arrange my audio gear, Amiga included. After setting everything up and hooking the Amiga into the mixer board, I noticed that when ever it is on, there is a constant bassy thud that goes on twice a second. Also when ever I load something off the hard drive there is sounds in the speakers like the hard drive is being read from. This really really sucks!

How do I make it stop, it was not doing this before.

I had a TFT display once that had a "bad" switched-mode power supply that would cause that kind of sound, even if the TFT was not on. Some bursts of discharged spread into my audio cables and amplifier and that was quite annoying. Try to find out if this is the case for you by unplugging all your power adapters except for the AMP one by one.
