The original Lemmings runs fine under WHDLoad, and Lemmings 2 is harddisk installable and has no problems with AGA or graphic chipsets.
You might also want to try out the Lemmings 2 Level Editor that comes with 30 new levels for Lemmings 2. You can get a free copy from my website www.platon42.de!
About the disks, I'm afraid I won't sell mine 
But I guess you can buy them second hand a lot...
