Algor+Norway is also a possible solution for Zorro. Will give you this using only one Zorro slot (not covering the ISA/Videoslot):
- 3 USB ports (connect hubs, mice, keyboards, cameras, flash sticks, mass storage devices, harddisk, floppies, serial adapters, modems, joypads, tablets, scanners, printers, PDAs etc.)
- 512KB/1MB FlashRom (get rid of the second reboot installing the 3.5/3.9 Rom Update, install Poseidon in Rom, boot from USB, install a password protection, Rom replacement etc. -- user friendly GUI driven software!)
- 10MBit Ethernet via RJ45, very stable and fast driver (last measurements I did, showed that it outperforms the X-Surf)

The X-Surf is a nice card nevertheless, especially if you need the IDE ports or the clockport. But if you want USB and FlashRom, the Algor+Norway combo is the solution for you.

Why?

Bit of an overkill for only getting ethernet, innit? And not much faster either.
